1. Who operates pickiebet.com
pickiebet.com is operated by PUNTAA PTY. LTD., a proprietary limited Australian company (ABN 56 601 575 240) ("we", "us", "our", "Pickie").

2. Licence
PUNTAA PTY. LTD. is licensed as a Sports Bookmaker by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission under the Racing and Betting Act 1983 (NT). Sports Bookmaker Licence Number: NT-RWC-SB-2017-0412. The licence covers wagering on approved sports and racing events and authorises the acceptance of wagers from customers located in Australia.
3. Age and location restrictions
The service is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over who are Australian residents and physically located in Australia. It is an offence for a person under 18 to open an account or place a bet. We may verify your age, identity and location at any time.
4. Service we provide
We provide fixed-odds and other approved wagering products on sports and racing events permitted under our NT licence. We do not offer casino games, slots or pokies, poker, lottery, binary options, contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency trading, or any investment or financial product.
5. Account eligibility
- be 18 years or older;
- be an Australian resident physically located in Australia;
- provide accurate, complete and current information;
- not be listed on the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) or any self-exclusion list maintained by us;
- not be an employee, contractor or close relative of an employee of PUNTAA PTY. LTD. where prohibited by our internal policy.
6. One account per person
Each customer may hold only one account. Duplicate, multiple, syndicate or third-party accounts are not permitted. We may close duplicate accounts and void related bets.
7. Identity verification (KYC)
Before you can withdraw funds, and at other times required by law, we will verify your identity in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). You must provide valid government-issued identification (Australian Driver Licence, Medicare card or current Australian Passport) and any further documents we reasonably request. We may suspend an account until verification is complete.
8. AML/CTF, source of funds and source of wealth
We are required to monitor accounts for money laundering, terrorism financing and other unlawful activity. We may request information about your source of funds and source of wealth, and we may report transactions to AUSTRAC and other authorities. We may delay, refuse or reverse transactions where required by law.
9. BetStop and self-exclusion
We check all account applications and existing accounts against the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop). If you are listed on BetStop or have a current self-exclusion with us, you must not open or use an account, and we will close any account we identify.
10. Deposits
Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. We accept Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayID, BPAY, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Credit cards are not accepted, in line with the prohibition under Australian law from June 2024. We do not accept third-party deposits, cash deposits or cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit is $10. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are shown in your account.
11. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid only to a verified payment method held in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used to deposit. Minimum withdrawal is $20. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, AML/CTF checks or responsible gambling reviews.
12. Payment ownership rules
All payment methods linked to your account must be in your own legal name. Use of a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of related winnings.
13. Bet acceptance and settlement
A bet is only accepted once it appears in your account history with a confirmation. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. Specific market rules form part of these Terms.
14. Incorrect price, obvious error and void bets
We may void or resettle a bet where there is a clear pricing error, technical error, incorrect market, palpable error, late bet, or where the event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise affected in accordance with market rules. If an event does not start on the scheduled day or is abandoned without an official result, match-result bets are void and stakes returned. Dead heat rules apply to all win, place, top scorer and similar markets. Rule four deductions apply to all racing markets when a runner is scratched after final declarations.
15. Maximum payout
Maximum payout per ticket across all sports and racing markets is $500,000. We may apply additional maximum payout limits on certain markets, events or bet types. Where a limit applies, it will be made available in the relevant market rules.
16. Responsible gambling tools
You may set deposit limits, loss limits and session limits, request activity statements, take a break, or self-exclude. Limit decreases take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a seven-day cooling-off period, as required under the National Consumer Protection Framework. See our Responsible Gambling page.
17. Promotions
Any promotions, bonuses or offers are subject to their own terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Promotions are not directed at, and are not available to, persons under 18, self-excluded customers, or persons listed on BetStop. Promotional conduct complies with the Northern Territory Code of Practice for Responsible Online Gambling and applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
18. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Notify us immediately at support@pickiebet.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
19. Prohibited conduct
You must not: use the service while under 18, while located outside Australia, while self-excluded, or while listed on BetStop; use another person's identity or payment method; collude, match-fix or use prohibited software; engage in fraud or chargebacks; or otherwise breach applicable law.
20. Account suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account where required by law, where these Terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, where responsible gambling concerns arise, or where fraud or unlawful conduct is suspected. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@pickiebet.com.
21. Complaints and dispute handling
If you have a complaint, contact support@pickiebet.com. Full details, escalation steps and external review options are on our Complaints page. Unresolved wagering complaints may be escalated to the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission as the licensing authority.
22. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
23. Inactive accounts
Accounts with no betting activity for 12 months are placed on inactive status. We will email you a notice 30 days before any maintenance fee or transfer to unclaimed money is applied, in line with state legislation.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email. Continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
